Care Info
Cotton jewelry requires different care than conventional jewelry. The cotton can absorb oils from the skin or hair and may need occasional washing.
Spot cleaning is best for any cotton jewelry with metal findings or attachments, but any cotton jewelry with no metal (such as select chokers) can be completely immersed in water for cleaning. For best results, let cotton jewelry soak in 1 litre of warm water with 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Gently rub any dirty areas with the fingers. Do not scrub. Lay flat to dry, making sure to arrange item so it is not crumpled. Let dry completely before wearing.
For spot cleaning, do not immerse in water. Use same mixture of water to dish soap and gently rub at dirty areas.
Use polishing cream to clean any silver or metal attachments while avoiding cotton.
Crumpled or misshapen cotton jewelry can be easily reformed to the proper shape. Gently adjust with fingers.
